As well as our residential and property management team, we offer expert help in the areas of construction project management, project planning, finance procurement, commercial sales & leasing. We have 9 years combined experience in real estate & construction project management. With this we have grown to understand the real estate industry and market needs.

1. Real Estate Sales and Marketing

Our goal is to increase the number of interactions between potential customers and the project so as to achieve the desired sales within a given period of time. This will be achieved through strictly monitored services which include but are not limited to;

  1. Developing a marketing and sales strategy and plan
  2. Managing the production of all advertising materials such as brochures, billboards etc

2. Property Management

Property management involves the processes, systems and manpower required to manage the life cycle of all acquired property which involves acquisition, control, accountability, responsibility, maintenance, utilization, and disposition.

This includes managing the accounts and finances of the real estate properties, and participating in or initiating litigation with tenants, contractors and insurance agencies.

3.Project Evaluation/ Feasibility Study

We carry out Project Evaluation/Feasibility Study covering the following four areas to ascertain the projects’ viability:

  • Technical / Engineering Feasibility of the Project
  • Market Viability of the Project
  • Assessment of Financial viability/appraisal & Financial Profitability of the Project

4. Project Finance Procurement & Management

This involves assessment of the financial viability of a project, preparation and presentation of bankable project financial documents, negotiation and securing of project finance and thereafter project finance management during the entire project period. In case of multiple projects, this element also involves financial appraisal and capital rationing techniques to assess the viability of a project.

Highly experienced real estate professional with 9 years of practice. Able to handle a fast paced environment, with minimum supervision, while maintaining emphasis on the highest quality of customer service. Excellent communication skills. Comfortable in interacting with all levels of the organization and public. Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills. Able to make decisions independently and quickly.

Catherine Wanjiru – Director

Action and results oriented individual with 4 years practical experience in construction project management. Catherine has expertise in coordination and management of projects from preconstruction stage to implementation and a keen interest in finance. She is an articulate, meticulous and versatile individual with an independent mind and a strong sense of ethics.

Catherine is a Construction Management graduate from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology (JKUAT).
